Thank You all for coming to our first festival.

There were a few bumps like the shuttle service due to the SEPTA strike and a parade that held up a few vendors and patrons. But over all we received many compliments. We could not have done it without you patrons and all the brewery vendors and reps.

A very special Thank you to Origilio's wholesale distributors for all the support and guidance they gave us from beginning to end.

Also A great big thank you to Bella vista beverage, at 738 11th street in Philadelphia, for having the great selection of beers and staff that made this event happen. They have the best selection of beers of any local retailer in the city, please support them as they supported us.

We will not have any other festival at the Naval yard!  Please keep an eye open for where we will have the next Winterbeerfest.

So it would seem that Broad street is closed down during our first session! We suggest taking I-95 to exit 17. Take a left off the exit and you will see signs for the Naval Yard! Just go ahead and park int the lot!

We have heard a lot of people confusing us with other beer events.

Winterbeerfest is NOT associated with any other tasting event in the area.

We are new, different and have an awesome selection. Just F.Y.I.

Ticket Update:

The SEPTA strike slowed ticket sales. There are still a few hundred tickets available for all shows.  Come on down and enjoy some spectacular beers and have some fun.

5100 Broad St. Philadelphia, PA 19112

This Beer festival is dedicated to bringing the very best of all the spiced ales and winter warming barleywine styles under one roof.

We have 50 or more breweries that will be serving their seasonal brew and a second beer of their choice. Many beers never before seen in Philadelphia too.

There will be a good selection of cask conditioned ales, gravity drawn firkins and imperial ales.

This is an indoor event with heat and coat check. With a seperated covered smoking area attached.

Lots to see and do while you are sampling:

Cooking with beer demonstration by the executive chef of Cuba Libre, Robert Legget.

History of beer and breweries presentations by beer historian, Rich Wagner Beer making classes by Barry’s Homebrew Outlet.

Hooray!!  SEPTA will be running!

We highly recomend taking public
transportation to this event.

Free shuttle to and from Broad and Pattison to the event will be provided for easy access to the subway and area busses. Check with SEPTA for times and routes

The is a very nice Holiday Inn very nearby. Spend the night and order room service the next morning. You'll be glad you did.
